little farm.
The houseprovides space for 10+ adults. Municipal water and sewage.
Downstairs:
Kitchen with glass hob (model older) new dishwasher, microwave
and oven sparingly used,
new fridge and freezer and an older large refrigerator,
WC with shower, washing machine,
dining area, living room with wood stove.

No. 1. Can accommodate up to 4 adults (90 cm bed)

Bedroom no. 2. 2 adults / children double bed (180 cm)

A large glazed insulated terrace (approx. 25 m2) plus a smaller glazed uninsulated terrace (approx. 11 m2)

Upstairs optional using living room or bedroom (2-3 x 90 cm beds) a smaller 2 bed room with its own small balcony (2 x 115 cm bed) and an attic that can be used as storage. In the garden there is also a guest house with 2 bunk beds

A small barbecue on legs is available to borrowThe house is in the old style, failing floors, mixed floors with plastic carpet and Pergo floors. The house's exterior facade is in need of painting, but there is no time for that this summer. All bedrooms can be closed and locked despite old mirrored doors that are not straight

Outside you have the cozy lush large garden. To the own beach it is about 100 m,
to get there you cross Karlshamnsvägen.
Beach table available. If you want to walk to the
municipal beach by the Norje sea bath, you can choose to
walk along the water (length about 500 m) or walk / bike
on the bike path (length about 300 m)
There is a tavern with food and alcohol rights, kiosk
with ice cream and sweets, playground and jetty. The nearest larger places to buy food, etc. are south Sölvesborg about 10 km, north of Mörrum about 10 km
and east Karlshamn about 1.8 km The shop to by alcohol is Sölvesborg or Karlshamn

For rent weekly all year round. Even shorter / longer time during low season. Deposit: 500 SEK. Paid in connection with the booking and refunded by the key host on the day of departure when the cottage has been inspected and the cleaning has been approved. Electricity will be added at SEK 2 / kw during the period Nov-April

NOTE! Changeover day Sunday.

High season SEK 7,000 / week (Weeks 22-34)

Low season SEK 6,000 / week (Weeks 1-21 & 35-52)

The cottage is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival to 11:00 on the day of departure.

The house is rented during Sweden Rock week.

Indoor smoking is not allowed.

Pets in the form of cat / dog allowed
